What is the Real Men Project?
First off, we believe in our boys.
That is the underpinning of what we do.
The Real Men Project is about supporting, informing and inspiring boys and their parents.
The truly successful and powerful process of the Real Men Project is the two stage process we undertake.
Through two tailored workshops, one with the boys, and one with the parents, we explore what it is to be a real man in today's society, what success really means, and develop practical skills to be applied in everyday situations.
In the morning session, we run a 90 minute workshop with the boys.
Through a carefully planned, outright funny, entertaining and interactive workshop we:
1. Empower the boys to understand themselves, their culture and the messages they are bombarded with
2. Empower the boys with real skills, techniques and insights, helping position them to make great decisions
3. Entertain, inform and inspire.
In the evening session, we run a 2 hour session with the boys' parents.
1. Explain the science behind how boys perceive, learn, interact and develop
2. Explore the program that the boys participated in.
3. Equip their parents to guide them successfully in their quest.
